Mango and orange jelly recipe

Mango and orange jelly recipe:

Ingredients:

2 large mangoes
Juice from 3 oranges
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup of water
1 pack of gelatin (about 10 g)

Instructions:

Peel and stone the mango and cut it into small pieces.

Squeeze the juice out of the oranges.

In a saucepan, mix sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring, until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Put the sliced mangoes in the syrup and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat and cook over low heat until the mango is tender.

Add the freshly squeezed orange juice to the mango and stir.

Dissolve the gelatin in a small amount of cold water and let it swell a little.

Mix the swollen gelatin into a mixture of mango and orange juice until completely dissolved.

Pour the mass into jelly molds or serving glasses.

Put the molds in the refrigerator and let the jelly completely freeze. It will only take a few hours.

When the jelly hardens, serve it, if desired, garnished with mango or orange slices.

Thanks to the combination of sweet mango and sour orange, this jelly will become a delicious dessert.
